These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between smvip ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Member," or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses any service offered through smvip.ws or any associated mobile application or Progressive Web App operated by smvip.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on the smvip platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the smvip platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "smvip" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming services, website, and associated applications operated under the smvip brand at smvip.ws.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a verified account on the smvip platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Member's smvip wallet, excluding any bonus funds or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins equivalents, or cashback awards applied to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process smvip uses to confirm Member identity, age, and the legitimacy of payment methods in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed under applicable local law.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use smvip. This requirement reflects applicable Philippine gaming regulations. smvip strictly prohibits access by minors and employs age verification procedures as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

smvip services are primarily offered to residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted. By accessing smvip, you represent and warrant that doing so is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. smvip bears no responsibility for unlawful access from prohibited territories.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a smvip account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active smvip account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. smvip reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a duplicate registration and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals held in those accounts.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

smvip may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or where smvip reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smvip login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other individual to access or use your smvip account.

smvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify smvip customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account security.

All transactions and wagers placed through your account while your credentials are active will be deemed to have been made by you, unless you have previously notified smvip of a suspected unauthorized access and smvip has confirmed receipt of that notification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

smvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. smvip reserves the right to add or remove payment method integrations at any time with or without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your smvip account wallet at the time of transaction. These thresholds may differ by payment method and by your current VIP membership tier. smvip reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering screening before processing. smvip targets same-day processing for verified accounts transacting via GCash and Maya, subject to network availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. smvip is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to make deposits into the account or that have been formally verified and linked through the account verification process. smvip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified payment method will be held pending further verification.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on smvip are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). smvip does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred at the point of deposit or withdrawal via your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

smvip offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins equivalents, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and bonus expiry dates are all specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

smvip prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-risk or no-risk wagering patterns to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, using software-assisted betting strategies to manipulate bonus outcomes, or colluding with other Members to harvest promotional value. smvip reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 smvip VIP Programme

Membership in the smvip VIP loyalty programme is governed by the VIP Programme Terms, which form part of these Terms. VIP status and associated benefits are awarded at smvip's discretion based on wagering activity. smvip reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure at any time. VIP status does not constitute a vested right and may be adjusted or revoked where a Member's conduct violates these Terms.

All games available on smvip are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game.

RNG (Random Number Generator) powered games on smvip are certified by independent testing laboratories to confirm statistical fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers under monitored conditions using verified physical equipment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, smvip reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the Member's account. smvip's decision regarding technical disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the smvip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Accessing smvip from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of smvip for any purpose connected to financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the smvip platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain and failing to report them to smvip immediately;
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses;
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party without their express consent;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward smvip staff or other Members through any smvip communication channel.

All content on the smvip platform, including but not limited to the smvip brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of smvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the smvip platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any smvip content; use smvip branding or trademarks in any manner not explicitly authorized; or create derivative works based on smvip content or software.

Any unauthorized use of smvip intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

smvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at smvip.ws/privacy-policy.

By registering an account with smvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of platform services.

smvip employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage protocols, and access controls to protect your personal information. smvip does not sell or rent Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

smvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a suite of player protection tools available to all Members. You may access deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options through your smvip account settings or by contacting customer support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, smvip will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account, and you will not receive promotional communications from smvip. Self-exclusion is not automatically reversed upon expiry — you must affirmatively request reactivation, which is subject to a mandatory cooling-off review.

smvip strongly encourages any Member experiencing difficulty managing their gambling to seek support. Our Responsible Gaming page contains information on self-assessment tools and guidance on maintaining healthy gaming habits. All smvip Members must be 21 years or older to participate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, smvip's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, their use of the smvip platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

smvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if smvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

smvip does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. smvip is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions beyond smvip's reasonable control.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and smvip regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus, withdrawal, or any other platform matter, the Member should first contact smvip customer support through the live chat service available at smvip.ws. smvip commits to acknowledging all dispute submissions within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct customer support engagement, the matter may be escalated to smvip's internal dispute resolution team. A Member who remains dissatisfied following the internal resolution process may seek independent review through the applicable regulatory body overseeing smvip's operations.

All disputes are subject to the governing law set out in Section 14 below. Members agree that, to the extent permitted by law, they waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against smvip.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
